The RPA Lead Developer is responsible for leading the delivery of automation solutions to our clients. You will lead a team of developers and analyze and automate various processes using new, cutting-edge technologies that Jolt Advantage Group is currently implementing, and which are growing very fast on a global scale.

Main responsibilities include the design, implementation, build, test and deployment of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) software such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere. Development tasks include estimation, analysis, configuration, debugging, troubleshooting, documentation and application health monitoring for RPA implementation and development projects.

UiPath Advanced Developer certification is required.

Minimum 3+ years experience building RPA.

The RPA Developer is responsible for participating in the delivery of automation solutions to our clients. You will analyze and automate various processes using new, cutting-edge technologies that Jolt Advantage Group is currently implementing, and which are growing very fast on a global scale.

The RPA Project Manager is the face of the RPA project with respects to the client, they are responsible for managing and reporting the overall health of the RPA program to both the client and JOLT.

Main responsibilities include design and implementation of automation solutions which include Process Analysis; RPA Proof-of-Concept; RPA Pilot Implementation; large-scale deployment of RPA across multiple functions; set up of Automation/RPA Center of Excellence and definition of corresponding governance, control, and operating models.

This role is US-based, remote.

The RPA trainer is expected to deliver training and instructor-led workshops at our client organizations. The role requires advanced RPA knowledge and working experience with UiPath. Certification of UiPath Advanced Developer is desired. 

Excellent communication skills in English is required.  Previous training experience is preferred but not required.

The RPA Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for working with client, JOLT, and partner resources to identify client environment variables to be used for an RPA infrastructure installation, deploy all software modules for the client’s appropriate RPA platform solution and configure the platform for the client’s RPA needs. This includes all stages, test, development, and production environments in the cloud or on-premise.


The RPA Business Analyst is responsible for understanding and applying business strategy for the application & implementation of RPA automation technologies and will develop operating models based on strategic transformational initiatives. This includes analyzing business processes and practices to focus the design and implementation of RPA technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives.

The Business Analyst will have a strong business process understanding, ability to prepare feasibility reports and create the business case for new processes. 

The role requires close coordination with the client process owners and our internal Solution Architect, leading the creation for the Process Design Document.

JOLT Advantage Group is looking for a dynamic client-facing Program Manager to lead and drive one of the key services for our client base – Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Center of Excellence (COE) consulting and management. This role will work closely and directly with the COO to help consult with clients regarding the establishment of their COE, take ownership and management of the internal COE, and expand the consulting program beyond standard RPA deployment. The candidate will need to be strategic, result-oriented, and pragmatic – with a willingness to both move fast and persevere as necessary. The RPA COE Program Manager should be able to build credibility for the RPA initiative, be highly resourceful and motivated with the ability to influence without authority, give structure to ideas, and have strong analytical skills.

The candidate should leverage leadership, process-driven, analytical, technical, and value management skills to manage team and client efforts to delivers new innovative COE solutions based on client requirements and program fit.

The position will be based remotely in the US, and there will be a limited need for travel as we expand COE Consulting services to a multitude of clients.


The RPA Solutions Architect translates the requirements captured by the functional analysts, creating the architecture and design artifacts. In RPA, the Solutions architect is not only in charge of the overall technical solution, but also leads the development effort and ensures the quality of the deliverables. Although the Solution architect seldom writes code himself, is leading the team and performing frequent code review sessions.

Responsibilities include leading the workflow solutioning for automations, create design patterns, support the implementation of the technical architecture, own the development specification document, review the code for the team, guard the best practices for development standards, and more.

The Advanced RPA Developer in the support team is responsible for providing technical support on client requests, handling the resolution of incident tickets in the shortest amount of time possible. The advanced developer will work closely with our managed services agents to communicate the status of environment restorations, ensuring the least possible downtime for business-critical services.

The role requires advanced knowledge and skillset on RPA platforms and components and disposition to work night shifts.

This is a remote position based in Mexico.


As a Managed Services Agent, you will monitor the health of our customer environments. You will be the point of contact to drive critical service events to a timely restoration. Using effective team collaboration, you will be expected to communicate the status to both internal and external stakeholders, developers, service owners, and potential third parties throughout the lifecycle of the incident. Thus, ensuring the least possible down time for business-critical services and to restore normal operations as quickly as possible. To stand out, the Managed Service Agent must excel at situational appraisal, problem analysis, troubleshooting methodologies and have the ability and confidence to drive actions from technical teams and service owners. As you are often working in high pressure situations with Sr Leaders to frontline employees. Strong, precise communication, stakeholder management and relationship management skills are essential. Identify, initiate, and deliver reviews of important incidents, as well as ongoing monthly operational service management reviews.
